Vent....and dinner challenge
I have to vent about this for a minute....I go the grocery store on average twice a week about 150.00/ week, even being a pretty active couponer. And yet I still feel like we never have anything to eat! We have a lot of ingredients etc... but nothing that is just a fast dinner or lunch, that I can pull out of the refrigerator and throw together last minute. It is hard because that is usually how meals are these days especially on the weekends, "Ok Will just woke up we have like 10 minutes to eat lunch before we need to leave!" What does your family eat for lunch at home on weekends? What is one of your "go to" weeknight dinners? If you are a blogger I challenge you to post one of your, somewhat healthy, easy go to dinners, if we all do this we might come up with a really handy list! :) Here are a couple of ours to get going: TACO CRUNCH CASSEROLE Not incredibly healthy, but you can kick it up with extra green pepper or corn BAKED ZITA A healthy twist on the everyday pasta dish HOMEMADE PIZZA we do pepperoni with green peppers or whatever you like for a quick and yummy dinner!
