Are you a salad girl?

I found this article from cooking light interesting so I thought I would pass along! Often times when I am out and not much strikes my fancy I go for a salad, I might think twice next time after seeing the stats on some of these!
I have also been trying to limit my sodium, there is just too much of it in everything these days. Salt and sodium make you retain fluids which makes your heart work harder than it needs to. I think if you can stay around 1500 mg per day that is pretty good.
